How long does the FunMats project take?

The project usually takes from six to ten weeks to complete.

When do I pay for my order?

You send your payment at the time of placing your final order. You will have already had
payment from parents and banked your profit!

When should I book in to do the project?

In the spring and summer term contact us at least two weeks before you want to start the artwork. For the busy autumn term please register with us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do I pay carriage on my order?

Your order is carriage free for mainland UK with the exception of some areas of Northern Scotland where a contribution to carriage will be charged.

You say that the project is risk free – How can that be?

You collect payments from your parents, keep your profit and then pay us the amount due to cover the manufacture of your order. We also offer the FunMats Guarantee that if anyone runs the project following our instructions and makes a loss, we will make-up any shortfall.

Do we have to pay for any sample mats that we don’t sell?

No, you can return any unsold sample mats with your order and you will not be charged for them.

Do I have to use the drawing paper provided?

Yes. It is essential for our manufacturing process that our art booklets are used. We regret that we will not be able to make orders which arrive in any other format.

What can we use to draw the pictures?

Any medium that will give strong, bright colours. Felt pens, paint or wax crayons are ideal. Full drawing guidelines are sent with your organiser’s instructions when you receive your art booklets.

Our children are too young to draw pictures. Can we do handprints instead?

Yes you can. However we find we have great results with even the youngest children when they draw their own pictures. ‘Scribble’ sells very well to parents as long as the colours are bright. Stamps, finger paintings and bubble paintings are also very successful.

OK what’s the small print?

We don’t want to hide anything from you. You can see our full terms and conditions on our website and on the back of the booking form.
